Ingredients

Seasoning mix

  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Seasoning mix

  • 10 (7-inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Make seasoning mix: In small bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
  2. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking oil spray. Arrange tortilla wedges on prepared sheets. Coat wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mix and bake chips until crisp, about 6 minutes. Serve right away.
