You may substitute 1/4 cup frozen cranberry juice for the liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed melon balls or cubes from cantaloupe, honeydew, crenshaw or casaba melons
  • 2 cups small whole strawberries, well-rinsed and hulled
  • 1/2 cup Cassis or Framboise liqueur
  • 4 sprigs mint, optional

Preparation

  1. Toss melon and berries with liqueur, and chill. Serve with a mint sprig, if desired.
