Ingredients

  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • ½ cup vegan refried beans
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°. Wrap 2 small corn tortillas in aluminum foil and bake until warm, 10 to 15 minutes. Divide ½ cup warm vegan refried beans, ¼ cup salsa, and ¼ avocado among tortillas; wrap and serve.

Serve with 1 orange, 1/2 cup plant-based milk, and coffee or tea.
