Shipping Methods and Costs

Overnight orders will ship the same day if ordered on a weekday by 1:00 p.m. EST. All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. Shop YJ uses UPS and USPS Media Mail for shipping to US addresses. Shipping to international addresses is also available.

If you are not sure if Yoga Journal will ship to your country, you can check here. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu at checkout you can always contact Customer Service with the titles desired and arrange to mail an international money order.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA credit cards. We also accept checks or CODs, which you can mail to:

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. A sales tax of 7% is added to all orders shipped to Tennessee addresses.

Telephone Orders

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but offer the option of telephone ordering. Please browse our site, collect your product codes, and have your credit card ready before placing your call in order to help expedite the process. Within the United States call us toll-free at 1-877-364-2935, outside the U.S. call 731-265-5962, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:30am until 4pm Central Standard Time.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from Shop YJ. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will also receive a shipping confirmation when your product has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love the item(s) you've received. Within one year of purchase, if you have physical difficulties using the product or the shipment is damaged and you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card previously charged. Just repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible) and be sure to include the packing slip. Then follow these simple steps:

1. First contact us by email: shop@yogajournal.com or by calling 1-877-364-2935 to notify us of the situation so we can either reimburse your account or send you out a new product at no charge.
2. If you are returning or exchanging an item, include the original packing slip in the shipment to the following return shipping address:
