Yoga for Stress
I want to express my thanks for the Yoga for Stress DVD. I greatly enjoy it. It has become a part of my daily morning practice. Using it is the first time I've done yoga where I've actually understood how to make the poses flow with my breath. I like how friendly, soothing and down-to-earth the instructors are. This DVD helps me start my day more relaxed, grounded and centered. Thanks for making and releasing this great DVD!

Yoga for Your Pregnancy
Absolutely the best yoga for pregnant women
Before doing pre-natal yoga, I had such stiffness from sciatica that by about 18 weeks into my pregnancy, I had quit walking. Doing yoga really helped me so now I am 33 weeks and still moving fine. I would recommend it for all pregnant women, no matter what pains or stiffness you may have, if any.

I must be honest and tell you I am writing this review w/ a bias -- Krysten teaches the pre-natal class I go to 2x a week so I knew I would love this DVD before I bought it. That being said -- this really is the best pre-natal yoga DVD. Before I started going to Krysten's class, I had 2 other pre-natal yoga DVD's and this one is so much better because it is not just "regular yoga that happens to be safe for a pregnant woman" but it focuses on yoga positions and breathing practices that a pregnant woman really needs.

Yoga for Well-Being
Three well-designed 20-minute yoga practices.

Yoga Journal's Yoga for Well-Being offers three short (20 minutes each) yoga sequences, each with a different area of focus. The practices are led by yoga instructor and Yoga Journal contributing editor Jason Crandell, who provides instruction via voiceover while model Kathryn Budig demonstrates the postures. Each sequence begins with a very brief introduction by Crandell and then flows right into the practice, which features Budig alone in a studio with gentle, non-obtrusive music playing in the background. Although Crandell cues all of the poses in English, both the English and the Sanskrit names appear on screen briefly at the start of each new posture.
