You know how you can get when you miss your practice for a few days? When the narrative in your head pulls you away from your true Self and your ego feels like it has to be in charge? These three mudras will bring you back home to your source, connect you with your heart, and plug you back into your deep-seeted power.
Try the Mudra + Mantra Flow
Flow through the following three mudras while repeating the mantra:
"All is divine."
Or, if you vibe with one mudra in particular, practice it daily for 40 days and transform each day into a sacred event.
Mudra: Linga Mudra
Fire up your passion for a sacred life with Linga Mudra. Interlace your hands, wrapping one thumb around the outside of the other thumb while extending your thumb on the inside upward, like a cosmic antenna.
Love more, fear less, and be generous with Dana Mudra. Hold nothing back: the more you give, the more you get. The first arm is raised up with the elbow in line with the shoulder or close to it. The second arm is dropped down with the elbow bent and both hands are facing out. The palms are open with the fingers and thumb right up next to each other. You can practice this mudra on both sides.
It's time to fulfill your dreams and your spiritual purpose (dharma) with Dharma Chakra Mudra. Wild horses are fiercely independent, but they are always in community. Be fiercely you and feel supported on your very personal path by staying close to your tribe. It's in family that we really awaken and blossom.
Face your left hand toward your heart with your fingers spread. Bring the thumb and index figure together on your right hand and touch the tip of the ring finger on your left hand.
