Lotus de Luz

Hi,

Since I have a 2 year old son, I found that the only time available for me to practice at home was before he woke up in the mornings (at night I´m too tired). I have started waking up at 4am, taking a bath, and then practicing, and then starting my day. This has been the greatest idea!!!! Now, whenever I don´t do it, I feel not vigorized or at peace. This discipline, this first thing I do every morning, is a gift to myself that helps me cope with the rest of the day and helps me see through the daily "obstacles" that we might face. Try it for at least 3 days in a row, just stretch as you feel like, feel the energy inside you, work your body, do pranayamas, and meditate...... and NAMASTÉ!!!!!
