Lovely excercise, most uplifting. You provided a piece of advice that was so simple and yet so life-changing: Curving the sides of your lips upwards... This may be the best piece of advice I've ever heard in many years of yoga practice. It has an immediate effect on the mind and one's state of being. Loved the routine, thankyou from the Andes! |
