Ashley P.

I loved the 21 day yoga challenge and revisit many of the videos weekly. I nervously chose intermediate and I could tell a big difference by the end of the challenge. I am so proud that I can now lift myself into Wheel Pose which I absolutely could not do before. My next goal is to lift both toes into Crow Pose. I found each instructor calming and informative - I played the videos on my phone and the instruction is so thorough that I hardly have to look at the video to see what is going on. I just joined the WillPower Challenge and can't wait to begin.

Thanks to all the wonderful instructors and to Yoga Journal.
