In this video, Shiva Rea shares a beautiful sequence called a Soma Mandala Namaskar, or Moon Salutation, from her energetic vinyasa style, Prana Flow. It includes spontaneous movement, inner meditation, and unique asanas to cultivate the flow of soma, or lunar, nectar.
