thanks! Can't wait to take this to my students who have really great leg alignment, but I see so many droopy mis- aligned arms and jammed necks. Gentle and grounding too!

Definitely need more of this! Perfect for the general population, many of which are put off Yoga as so called beginner workouts fail to cater for people who are very tight.

That's me have practiced some yoga now have shoulder problems and more.. good even now..never push yourself all in good measures.
