I'm a Marine looking for stress relieving poses and poses that will help relieve tension in my back I started yoga a week ago and I'm not very flexible so I need some good beginner ones... My girlfriend has already shown me child's pose downward facing dog and a few cat poses and they help and they keep my mind at ease are there any other good poses |
