I agree with the others. Instructions are good and all but there is no time to take the breaths that it tells you to take without consistently pausing the video, therefore negating the breath and the posture CONSTANTLY
agreed, I need to be able to breathe the postures. I cant keep hitting pause while in all the postures she is asking us to do.
