I am confused as well. Is this video revolved or regular triangle? |

I am sort of confused. The Crandell video I have shows the Revolved Triangle pose to be one where the belly is turned toward the front leg with the arm corresponding to the rear leg being on the block. This looks more like regular triangle pose. Or am I just ignorant of yet another variation? |
