Thank you for such a wonderful, inspiring article. Many a time, I've also struggled with envy, jealousy, not being able to share another's joy. Envy and self-comparison rear their ugly head when I'm seated beside another yogi who can do difficult asanas, and it's something I'm working on to let go. The next time that happens, I'll remember your profound words. Thank you and namaste, Anne. :)
This article is expressing so perfectly succicntly what I have felt with an inner knowledge - it has brought the full aspect of mudita (which is now my favourite new word) to intellectual awareness. I will read it a few times over and over to just to keep having it washed over me till it soaks in sufficiently. In gratitude, Namaste
Saying thank you and expressing gratitude allow us to feel a natural joy. Thank you for your inspiring article Anne.

Since the first time I read this article, I have returned to it again and again. Your articulation of mudita has enabled me to make it a core principle of my life and I'm definitely a better person for it. Thank you!
Very nice, how you turned your envy for 'Yoga Hotel' into an opportunity to bring it into the spotlights. A subtle way to prove your point.
So you missed writing the book, but this article says so much and took less time ;) love it thank you!
