It's so interesting to learn more about Gurmukh--she such a breath of light, full of wisdom as she teaches. Her pregnancy yoga video is the reason I was able to birth my two sons naturally. I could hear he encouraging voice speaking affirmations during the birth, as if she were a doula at my side. I try to tell every expecting mother I know to practice with this video....totally amazing!

Kundalini Yoga was the first style of yoga I ever tried; and I've been practicing all different styles for almost 10 years now!
