Light on life by B.K.S Iyengar.{ The yoga journey to wholeness}Inner Peace, ultimate freedom.
Tree of Yoga By B.K.S.Iyengar is very simple to understand & practice little by little with breath & move from the soul.
Gentle practice & religious practice to follow with your inner spirituality will help you a lot.People get lost when they want to reach head stand before they practice shoulder stand etc.Yoga is all listening your inner voice & follow that deeper voice.

Can anyone recommend books on yoga sequences for home practice? I am still a beginner but would like to practice at home, yet I don't know where to begin on building a home proactice; I tend to feel lost.
Thank you.
