Thank you I need to practice positive thinking for myself and for others.

Ok, maybe if I practice more mudita on my ex-husband who was abusive to me and sexually abused my child he will be less litigious, greedy, aggressive and more reasonable in our divorce. Nah, I think its better to start by showing more mudita with my difficult teen... then work my way up.

The more we practice being positive the better we get at it; the easier these good feelings come and the longer they stay. When we practice and feel these emotions we become closer to what many of us have as our common goal = peace of mind, happiness, mental clarity, kindness.
