Thank you I need to practice positive thinking for myself and for others.
Ok, maybe if I practice more mudita on my ex-husband who was abusive to me and sexually abused my child he will be less litigious, greedy, aggressive and more reasonable in our divorce. Nah, I think its better to start by showing more mudita with my difficult teen... then work my way up.
