I'm so greatful to have read this. Namaste.I'm fifty one and yoga has come in and out of my life.There was a time that I felt I would break but that`s the samskara.Thanks to my daughter I`ve turn to my mat .Although there are moments that I just don't get there or I'm too hard on thyself.With ahimsa all is flowing no matter how long or how much I may have to modify ,the piont is that I'm here on my mat.Peace and love to all~@---}}}----------------
