What a great way of thinking of things either good or bad. If you keep this frame of mind no matter what is happening in your life your going to be able to handle it much better than without. Thanks

steph

Very powerful and brings a simplicity back to life. We make it so complicated and stress ourselves out to be perfect, the best but to simply be thankful for the imperfections that cause us to be human and grow in life.
Thank You!

Rebecca

Perfect.

Thanks, Phillip, for writing what I know somewhere inside, but can't always express. This is especially helpfull during a year of many trials.

I am currently a college student, and alot of this article hits me especially during finals week when everything can be hectic and out of place. Understanding gratitude and practicing it everyday gives me a sense that I can endulge in the moment, and to realize that there is a beautiful world full of wonders.
