Melissa Gall started her yoga journey, 13 years ago after gaining weight with her pregnancy. At first, she just took some classes for the physical benefits of yoga but realized that there was so much more to yoga than what she was being taught in class. She wanted to learn more than just asana, so in 2012, she started her 200 hour yoga teacher training, which she completed in 2013.
Currently, Melissa is an E-RYT 200, RYT500, YACEP with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches yoga, in the Chicagoland area, for the Physical Education Department at the local College and is also a Master Trainer with YogaFit Training Systems.
Melissa believes that a yoga class should be for everyone and teaches as such. Whether you're a beginner or a well-seasoned practitioner, there is something for everyone in her classes.
