The word "yoga” is being tossed around in tech circles, but it’s got nothing to do with corporate yoga classes, online videos, or scheduling apps. The IdeaPad Yoga, is the name of a new computer.
The Yoga, as its affectionately being called, is a Windows 8 laptop from Lenovo with a screen that folds backwards, turning it into a tablet. Like Urdhva Dhanurasana. Sort of.
The computer has a 13.3-inch touch-screen is 16.9mm thick and weighs 3.1 pounds. The manufacturer says it has four usable positions: notebook, tablet, stand, and tent. Debuted at the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this year, The Yoga is expected to be released to the public soon.
