Call me old fashioned, but when I read this post on The Ski Channel website about the new yoga and roller blade hybrid, Mobile Yoga, I cringed a little bit. You see, in the yoga community (or at least in my circle), we are very careful to protect our bodies by finding grounding and stability in the poses. That's why we focus so much on alignment, right? I've never tried to practice yoga on roller blades so maybe I'm not qualified to have an opinion, but I can't imagine how one would find stability. Perhaps, that's what makes it
fun and challenging?
What do you think? Has anybody out there tried Mobile Yoga? Would you try it if given the opportunity?
