This hiking and yoga trip is four days of inspiration and vigorous hiking and yoga in one of the country’s most scenic places. This trip is for yogis and hikers who like to sweat. We’ll start every day with strength-building vinyasa practices; spend long, rewarding hours on the trail; and then wind down in the evenings with soothing gentle yoga and stretching sessions to help you ease tension and get a good night’s sleep. Each yoga class will target specific hiking muscles, to keep you healthy and happy.

Surround yourself with Sedona’s stunning beauty and powerful spiritual energy as you focus on deepening your meditation practice. During this four-day retreat, we’ll take short, mindful hikes with your trekking guide and practice guided seated and moving meditations with your yoga instructor, becoming a part of the tranquil desert landscape and finding peace of mind. After your mindful meanderings (with a focus on our relationship to the five elements), cozy up in your creek-side cabin at Briar Patch Inn in the quiet and remote Oak Creek Canyon to reflect on your day, or sink into a healing sound bath, Yoga Nidra session, or the fresh spring waters.

The power and stillness of desert landscapes provide the perfect setting for practicing Restorative Yoga. During this four-day retreat, we’ll pair gentle hiking in the red rocks with an expert local guide with deeply relaxing yoga to help you set aside time for self-care and restore your energy. With this balance of mild hiking and restoration, each day you will have time for healing as you settle into our shared, retreat-style cabin accommodations, tucked into the banks of Oak Creek. Smokies Hiking and Yoga

Nestled among some the oldest mountains in the U.S., Great Smoky Mountains National Park offers adventurous hikes and stunning views. During this four-day retreat, we’ll practice yoga to warm-up before you hop on the trail with your trekking guide. Evenings will start with a yoga practice to help you unwind at our beautiful retreat-style basecamp property, Dancing Bear Inn, outside the park. Don’t miss this opportunity to see the history and diversity of this remarkable national park through a unique lens. This trip is for yogis and hikers who like to explore! Wander through old-growth forests and up to scenic peaks during the day and then restore and enjoy the warmth of the lodge at night.

Then settle into the warmth of our cozy accommodations on 38 acres of peaceful forest. We will meet daily for guided, seated, and moving practices (with a focus on our relationship to the five elements) to help you feel calm and grounded as the season changes. Evenings are spent in reflection as you settle into your cabin, or participate in sound baths and Yoga Nidra sessions.
