Yoga just may be the ultimate parenting ally. Having a way to relax and reconnect with yourself amidst the responsibilities and stresses of parenthood is vital for a parent’s health and well-being.

But yoga can also help parents connect with their kids on a deeper level—as is evidenced by these amazing fathers who are balancing both their practices (quite literally) and raising their children with yogic values and ideals.
