Trader Joe’s wasabi almonds bring together the heat of wasabi peas and the sweet crunch of almonds, making them a perfect after-practice snack for Iserloh. “I’m a spice fiend so these almonds are my fave, since they have serious spicy wasabi flavor,” she says.

Yogi Tea Egyptian Licorice Tea
Iserloh never leaves the house without tea. “Sometimes after a yoga class, especially in the winter, I want something to warm me up when leaving the studio,” she says. “This is my caffeine-free pick, since after 3 pm, caffeine is off the menu for a sound night’s sleep.”
Vetyver Jo Malone Cologne
Vetyver’s Jo Malone cologne is a mysterious blend of citrus, lavender, and basil, with a woody base of sandalwood. “I adore the earthy smell of this simple cologne,” Iserloh says. “It’s so grounding and not overly sweet. It always makes me feel fresh and clean after hopping out of the shower.”

Iserloh doesn’t typically travel with a mat, but she does carry this Yogitoes non-skid towel that she uses as a roll during Savasana. “I have a very sore neck and shoulder from working in restaurant kitchens, and I like to have this towel to form into a neck roll or to cover my shoulder,” she says. “And in the summer, I use it on the beach for a towel – or impromptu yoga session!”
