Yoga is for every body, yet sometimes it feels like the industry surrounding the practice ignores the plus-size woman. But that might be starting to change. A recent study found that the average American woman is actually a size 16-18, up from a size 14 a decade ago. And yogawear companies are finally starting to pay attention.
