Crow spends her day walking in and out of sweaty rooms, so minimal makeup is a must. Crow admits that she’s a hair snob with a hatred for hair ties. “They ruin my hair for the rest of the day, so they’re out,” she says. “My best friend makes handmade jewelry, and she’s made me hair sticks much like these that I can put my hair up with in a flash. When I take it down, it’s usually better than when I started.”
