Sign up to practice outdoors in New York City’s Bryant Park this summer, with Alexandra Crow and other renowned instructors curated by YJ.
The show-stopping yoga teacher, YJ contributor, and Hard Tail Forever model shares the go-to accessories she rocks on and off the mat.
Crow spends her day walking in and out of sweaty rooms, so minimal makeup is a must. But NARS matte multiple makes her feel more presentable. “I love this multiple because it works on eyes, cheeks, and lips all at once, so I only have to carry this to go from sweaty mess to a bit more put together again,” she says.
The Stick Travel Stick
Hopping on and off planes, getting in and out of cars, and of course practicing yoga leaves Crow’s muscles tight and sore at times. The Stick Travel Stick comes to her rescue. “Sadly, I don’t travel with a personal masseuse, but this stick does a good job of working out the kinks in my legs and neck,” she says.
Hard Tail Forever Basic Hoodie
Once a full-time member of the fashion industry, Crow loves modeling for Hard Tail Forever and sporting all of their collections. “I’m not afraid to be fashion forward and edgy when it comes to workout gear,” she says. “And their hoodie is something I always have with me.”
Madini Vanille Perfume Oil
Madini oils have been around for generations, with irresistible perfumes that are undiluted and alcohol-free. “I love the scent of vanilla, and I find that almost everyone else has a soft spot for it as well, “ Crow says. “It makes me feel warm and happy even when I’m alone.”
Handmade Sterling Silver Hair Stick With Hematite Stone
Crow admits that she’s a hair snob with a hatred for hair ties. “They ruin my hair for the rest of the day, so they’re out,” she says. “My best friend makes handmade jewelry, and she’s made me hair sticks much like these that I can put my hair up with in a flash. When I take it down, it’s usually better than when I started.”
