Honeydew Mint Chia Fresca

Ingredients
1 honeydew melon, seeds and rind removed
2 cucumbers
2 handfuls fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Sweetener, to taste

Directions
Juice the melon, cucumbers, and mint. Transfer the juice to a quart-sized mason jar or other large container with a lid, add the wheatgrass powder and chia seeds, and shake very well. Taste, and mix in a little stevia (or other sweetener) as desired. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell, shake vigorously to separate any seed clumps, then let sit for 10 minutes longer. The mixture will keep for several days, refrigerated.

Grapefruit Fennel Juice

Ingredients
2 pink grapefruit, peeled
1 fennel bulb, green fronds removed
1 tablespoon sea buckthorn berry juice
Sweetener, to taste (optional)

Directions
Juice the grapefruit and fennel, then stir in the sea buckthorn berry juice. Taste, and add stevia or sweetener of choice if desired.

Superberry Kiwi Juice

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
2 kiwis, peeled
1 large sweet apple, cored
2 teaspoons maqui berry powder
Sweetener, to taste

Directions
Juice the strawberries, kiwis, and apple. Whisk in the maqui berry powder, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve if needed. Taste, and sweeten with stevia (or desired sweetener) as needed.

Spicy Greens Juice

Ingredients
2 cucumbers
4 celery stalks
3 kale leaves
2 romaine lettuce leaves
1 jalapeño pepper, seeds (partially or entirely) removed
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon camu berry powder

Directions
Juice the cucumbers, celery, kale, lettuce, and jalapeño pepper. Transfer the juice to a shaker cup or blender, add the lime juice and camu berry powder, and blend until ingredients are fully incorporated.
