The ART hotel, now in its second year in Denver’s Golden Triangle district, is teaming up with CorePower Yoga to offer its signature Vinyasa & Mimosa series every other Saturday this summer. The series connects cultural enrichment with embodied physicality to create a heightened feast for all the senses. “It’s all about creating continuity between the flow of the art and the yoga flow,” says Colin Bennett, the ART’s director of sales and marketing. “We want to provide a different context for yoga, to put it in an elevated urban setting with stunning views, delicious food, and a live DJ.”

Treat yourself to an unforgettable complimentary one-hour yoga class led by CorePower instructors, with the added luxury of cold towels and free smoothies. Then extend the yoga afterglow with $15 bottomless mimosas and a reasonably priced recovery brunch featuring kale bowls, made-to-order smoothies, and holistic cocktails. A few teasers from the new cocktail menu: The Lotus Blossom, Inversion Diversion, and Chakra Balancer incorporate ingredients such as chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and celery juice.
