As with the rest of life, balance on the mat is key. Yin poses balance the yang energy of a heating practice, truly relaxing stress and tension. They could even be the key you’re looking for to weight loss and anxiety relief.
At the end of every practice, work in some long-held forward bends, noticing the sensations that arise and holding your attention on them. This kind of mindfulness will start to slow your life down and help you find more time to live it authentically.
