Did you commit to the 2015 YJ Gratitude Challenge and take a moment each morning this month to give thanks? Now it’s our turn. To show our deep appreciation for you, our readers, we’re sharing just a few of the many heartfelt #yjgratitudechallenge posts that touched us this month.
I’m grateful to be safe today.

We are thankful for our friends.
Bright grass, morning dew and jacaranda flowers 🙂 Bliss of early morning jogs.
I want to express my gratitude to everyone in my life. Each of you, in your own way, shaped me into the person I am now and guided me to my life path. I am also thankful for the rain after very long dry season, tiramisu in my fridge (yum yum) and the chance to learn to play the guitar from my very own beloved 7-year-old son who just started to learn himself.
Grateful for my practice. Finally understanding my progress comes from practicing yoga on & off the mat.
Today I am thankful for my community of friends that make every day more vibrant, for living in a city that not only feels like home but an extension of my spirit, and for amazing sunsets to accompany me on long runs at my happy place (aka Ladybird Lake).

Today, I am grateful for the rays of sunshine that woke me up early enough so I could practice yoga before starting my day.
I am thankful to wake up to this beautiful face every morning, for my body taking whatever I put it through, my home, my friends and my breath.
Climbing Mt Hood was a tremendous exercise of presence—nonstop focus on each step, breath and thought. Until next time….retrieve the moment, the feeling, the gratitude of the opportunity and return to presence.
In my busy life as a working mom, I’m grateful for this simple little glimpse of heaven and prem.
Green smoothie and lunch makings straight from the earth. Not much else to say….feeling grateful.
I am whole-heartedly dedicating this gratitude post to the love of my life, my twirl me around the kitchen floor dance partner, my travel buddy, my partner in crime, my drama listener, my best friend.
I am grateful for the unknowns and find peace in the fact that I am an infinite possibility (we all are).
Thank you for the beautiful places I know.
Thank You, Readers
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
