We hear about it everyday. The economy is bad, and it will get worse if our government doesn’t step in and do something about it. Businesses, local governments, and individuals are looking for help in the form of bailouts. Yoga blogger, YogaDork, recently pointed out that not all bailouts come in the form of external intervention—sometimes they come from within.

“Sure, the world economy may be in shambolic disarray, but personally we’ve been in trouble before and yoga has always provided us with the tools to work through it, on the mat, or in the world.,” writes the self-proclaimed YogaDork. There is even a T-shirt with the slogan “Yoga Is My Bailout” on it, which you can purchase at Yogadork.com for $24.

How do you feel about the yoga bailout concept? And would you ever buy that T-shirt?
