9 Essential Oils for a Relaxing Full-Body Experience

To increase their restorative effects, I like to use different essential oils for different areas of the body. These are the places on my body I like to focus on. For each location, I speak an affirmation to deepen the experience. Be sure to dilute each oil with carrier oils as needed. This handy chart from NOW Essential Oils can show you the exact ratios for every size bottle. 

*Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended. Pure essential oils can be irritating to skin. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
