This 15-minute vinyasa practice will help to open up stores of creativity in the physical, spiritual, and mental/emotional body. The unique sequencing and challenging transitions offer more advanced practitioners room to improvise and play by adding arm balances, inversions, and non-traditional vinyasa.
Kristin Calabria (AMFT, APCC) is a therapist, yoga teacher (ERYT200), and mindfulness teacher based in Southern California. She is the CEO and founder of The B.R.I.D.G.E. Lab, a nonprofit whose mission is to end systemic oppression in education through the lens of mental health. Driven by her passion to offer somatic healing to young people living through adversity, Kristin created an innovative social-emotional learning curriculum that utilizes movement, psychoeducational, skill-building, and processing in a group setting to address the gaps in mental health support and overall well-being in the education system. Kristin believe in integrating the power and knowledge of the mind with that of the body. Her offerings build upon this understanding to serve the larger community.
