Rajni Tripathi MFT, E-RYT 500, YACEP provides an instruction and guided meditation practice of Pratyahara, the fifth limb of the Eightfold Path of Yoga, involving withdrawal of the senses. Pratyahara involves self mastery to cultivate a deeper relationship to inner awareness—and to overcome self destructive habits and cravings.
Rajni, Founder and Managing Director of Thought Transformation Institute, is a therapist focused on holistic mental and emotional health.
By merging meditation, therapy and psychosomatic practices like yoga, she helps her clients tap into their sovereignty and feel empowered to live a peaceful and joyous life.
Rajni’s background includes over 8,000 hours of teaching/therapy experience, hundreds of hours of meditation, and yoga training, along with neurolinguistic programming, evidence-based mindfulness training, and much more. Her purpose is to help others live awake, aware, and able.
Rajni also serves as a Board Member of the American Women’s Medical Association – Chicago, and other organizations to actively promote and facilitate all avenues of mental wellness and emotional health in her community.
