In Faith Hunter’s yoga studio Embrace Yoga DC, you’ll often hear her tell you to “embrace your flow” wherever you’re at in your practice. It’s with this compassionate attitude that she’s brought her mix of vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yogas to the White House Easter Egg Roll and to several retreat centers, such as Kripalu in Massachusetts. She also raises money to train women to become yoga teachers in Haiti as part of her Spiritually Fly ChangeMakers program.
