Wheel Pose! I firmly believe many more people can do Wheel (Upward Bow) than actually do. Often, my students would like to do Wheel but (a) they are scared, (b) they haven’t set themselves up correctly, or (c) they have a limiting view of their capabilities.
Backbends are so healthy for the spine, and the key to this one is first and foremost to believe you can do it. The next step is to fully utilize your foundation (the feet), activate your legs, and set your hands far enough apart to create less restriction in the shoulder joint.
