Happy National Yoga Month! We’re celebrating by recommitting to a daily practice and challenging you to join us. As school, life and work priorities pick back up after the summer hiatus, there’s no better time to return to a regular yoga ritual for balance. Making home practice a habit is one of the most powerful and empowering ways we can use yoga to influence the rest of our lives.
We’re kicking off this challenge Thursday, September 1, but any day is a good one to renew your commitment to yoga. Simply get out your calendar, count 30 days out, and make your plan to practice each one of them nonnegotiable. To help you stick with it, we have fresh sequences and daily practice plans for each week of the month from esteemed teachers and YJ contributors. Let’s do this!
