The Yoga Journal Florida Conference (yjevents.com/fl), Florida’s largest yoga event, will be held October 31 – November 4 at the renowned Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, FL. The topic of yoga injuries is controversial, in part due to sensational media reporting. Still, ahimsa, or non-harming, forms the philosophical basis of the entire practice of yoga.
