- 1⁄4 cup almond milk or soy milk
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tsp. flaxseeds, ground
- 1 Tbs. wheat germ
- 1 tsp. hemp oil
Preparation
