Brain Bowl

Rich in antioxidants and loaded with protein, this smoothie bowl will help you strong-arm anxiety beginning with the very first bite.

This bowl is super versatile: The toppings are customizable—but make sure to pack in lots of berries, nuts, and seeds for healthy-brain fats and antioxidants. Spirulina, a microalgae with serious anti-inflammatory properties, is responsible for its beautiful oceanic blue color.

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½  kiwi
  • ½ tsp spirulina powder (may substitute Blue Majik)
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds or hemp hearts
  • 2 tsp MCT oil
