Chai Tea

  • 1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 2 C plain soymilk
  • 1 T freshly brewed black tea, such as English Breakfast
  • 1 T maple syrup


Put all ingredients together into a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Strain and serve.
