Dulse is a dried sea vegetable that adds a salty flavor similar to Parmesan cheese. Serve this sauce on whole-wheat pasta or add a dollop on top of quesadillas.
- 4 cups cilantro (about 2 bunches)
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 5 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (about 1 tsp.)
- 3 Tbs. dulse flakes
- Purée all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
