Creamy Goat Cheese Dressing


If you’re a ranch dressing fan and goat cheese lover, this dressing is for you! Try it on peppery greens such as arugula, watercress and mesclun mixes, or serve as a dip with sliced veggies.

  • 1 4-oz. log goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped chives


  1. Put all ingredients except chives in blender or bowl of food processor, and blend until smooth. Pour into small bowl and fold in chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
