Creamy Goat Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 4-oz. log goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. low-fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped chives
Preparation
- Put all ingredients except chives in blender or bowl of food processor, and blend until smooth. Pour into small bowl and fold in chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
