Here’s an ingenious way to dress up ordinary mayo. You can spice things up with as much hot pepper sauce as you dare.
- 1 cup soy mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. well-drained minced capers
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce, or to taste
- In small bowl or blender, whisk or blend all ingredients until well combined. Season with ground pepper to taste.
