It's a full-on salad in a glass, which sounds kind of awful, until you taste it.
- 1 banana, frozen and halved
- 1 cup spinach
- Half an avocado, pitted
- 1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chai mix or protein powder
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Put them all in a blender and blend on High, then Medium, then High again to pulverize the spinach.
