- 1 banana, frozen and halved
- 1 cup spinach
- Half an avocado, pitted
- 1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chai mix or protein powder
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
