Green Tea–Pomegranate Sauce


If you like sweet-and-sour sauce, you’ll love this dip, which is naturally sweetened with fruit juice.

  • 1/4-CUP SERVINGServings


  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice


  1. Bring green tea and pomegranate juice to a boil in saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is reduced by half. Whisk cornstarch into lemon juice in small bowl, then whisk into sauce. Cook 5 minutes more, or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
