Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
1. Place yogurt in strainer set over bowl. Let drain in refrigerator overnight.
